2024年1月24日 · ENR’s 20-city average cost indexes, wages and materials prices. Historical data for ENR’s 20 cities can be found at ENR.com/economics. The Construction Cost Index’s annual escalation rose 2.6%, while the monthly component held steady. The Building Cost Index was up 3.8% on an annual basis, while the monthly component rose 0.1%.
DGS California Construction Cost Index CCCI
The California Construction Cost Index (CCCI) is developed based upon Building Cost Index (BCI) cost indices average for San Francisco and Los Angeles ONLY as produced by Engineering News Record (ENR) and reported in the second issue each month. The current five year CCCI table is updated the 2nd half of the month for the current month.

The BCI uses 68.38 hours of skilled labor, multiplied by the 20-city wage- fringe average for three trades–bricklayers, carpenters and structural ironworkers.
