The Board and management remain committed to delivering long-term, sustainable value to their people, stakeholders, shareholders and partners, always guided by a common purpose, philosophy and value system.

Board members continue to guide and refine EOH’s vision through their collective skills, experience, knowledge and perspectives. As of the reporting date, the Board comprised 11 directors, including three Executive Directors and seven independent Non-executive Directors. One Non-executive Director is not classified as independent.
