2022年5月24日 · BRUSSELS—EOSC has a new logo! Today the EOSC Association takes the first step toward establishing a new family brand for EOSC. The new logo will serve to anchor the development of a fresh visual identity and corporate communications profile to be rolled out over the next few months.

Eastern Oklahoma State College is identified by blue and gold colors. The official blue is referred to as Mountaineer Blue and the official gold is referred to as Eastern Gold. The new EOSC logo, established in the spring of 2022, was the result of an initiative by the EOSC Association AISBL (EOSC-A) to address the need for an updated and coherent branding of the implementation phase of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC).

2022年9月5日 · The new EOSC logo, established in the spring of 2022, was the result of an initiative by EOSC-A to address the need for an updated and coherent branding of the implementation phase of the European Open Science Cloud. The first and previous logo for EOSC was in use from 2018 to May 2022, and is now formally deprecated.

The new EOSC logo is the result of a pan-European competition aiming at design students from across Europe. Following a community vote Joe Parker-Rees and his proposal of a fresh image “emphasizing flow, movement and innovation” are the clear winners of a field of competitors from over 30 countries.

THE FULL LOGOTYPE The European Open Science Cloud Logo comprises two elements, the logo symbol and logo type. The Logo Symbol is a powerful image evoking open data, cloud system and the European Union.
