Our IT department has now released 2 new Windows workstation images where when we install the EPM Add-in, it ends up not working correctly (we're using EPM 10 for MS Platform, Add-in SP20 or SP25 depending upon bit config of Office, and Windows .NET - we have multiple configs enterprise-wide across over 300 end users).

I'm facing an issue with EPM-Add SP15 for MS Excel with SAP BPC for MS 10 SP 11. I have configured a connection to an enviroment: EPM ADD IN ask me for user and password only for the first time. Checked the EPM formula and the cells it if referring to. I have checked security to ensure users have access to view comments. I also had users check their EPM version as well as trying in Excel 2010 and 2013.

We are on EPM Add-in SP 14 and have been having issues onnecting to BW cubes/multi-providers. We were able to successfully connect to a relatively small cube (6 dimensions with not a lot of members and less transaction data) but if we try to connect to an avergare to big cube excel is hanging on us and we end up killing the session.

EPM Add-in SP 15. We have imported two models from BPC into HANA and using HANA calculation view, we are able to do certain cross-model calculations within HANA. However, when we try to report that using EPM Add-in, that's where we are facing the problem.
