2020年4月15日 · In the present work, Yb 3+ /Er 3+ co-doped LaF 3, T-LaOF and R–LaOF phosphor are synthesized using hydrothermal method. UC emission of Er 3+ from three different host matrices are investigated and compared upon 980 nm excitation. The reason responsible for the enhancement of UC emission is explained by varying the host matrices.

2009年12月22日 · A LaF 3: Er, Yb nanoparticle-doped organic–inorganic hybrid materials waveguide amplifier is demonstrated using reactive ion etching. A maximum gain of approximately 6.8 dB is observed in a 20-mm-long waveguide. Under excitation at 976 nm, the waveguides emit a strong green upconversion luminescence.

2020年6月25日 · A novel Nd,Er:LaF 3 laser crystal was successfully grown and analyzed for the first time, to the best of our knowledge. An enhanced ∼2.7 μm emission was observed in Nd,Er:LaF 3 crystal under an 808 nm excitation indicating a promising sensitization function to Er 3+ ions by Nd 3+ ions.
