The 9mm EZ has a heavier slide to compensate for the more powerful cartridge. I imagine the mainspring is slightly heavier as well.

The recoil spring is definitely lighter than the average 9mm striker gun, though not quite as light as that of the 380 EZ. By way of some secret, dark magic, the gun is also a pretty soft shooter.

2025年3月1日 · I have the EZ in 9mm. If you don't grip it just right, the safety won't depress. I solved that little problem with a rubber grip sleeve I had lying around for a G19. It doesn't depress the safety enough to totally disengage it, but it adds just enough that will allow the safety to function, even with a not so perfect grip.
