For iron golems to spawn you need 20 villagers that are linked (also trade with them once to lock them) to workstations and 20 beds.

The theoretical max for a bedrock iron farm is 404.3/h on average and I'm confident the design you're using is nowhere near that. 10 villagers reduces your rates.
