ECBA Carpet Bowls Festival 28 April - 2 May 2025 The Festival of Bowls is an annual event which takes place at Potters Holiday Village , Hopton Norfolk.

Finals now confirmed for Elsenham BC and Bishops Stortford BC on Sunday 11th May 2025. Stop Press 11th December 2024. Finals day has had to be moved from the scheduled date of May 18th 2025 owing to Bowls England stealing that weekend for the Balcombe Trophy games. Our finals will now take place on May 11th 2025 at Elsenham BC.

Welcome to Carpet Bowls. As an association we want to do everything we can to grow the game of Carpet Bowls, whether in an area where the it is already established or where there is no county association.

Over the weekend of 25th to 28th October teams representing eight of the member counties of the ECBA will be competing in the 31st Annual National Championships, at Potters. You will be able to view the latest results on this page as they come in, or direct here .

Essex County Carpet Bowls Association is a member of the Eastern Counties Region of the English Carpet Bowls Association. The Association is here to promote the game of Carpet Bowls and its growth in Essex. Carpet Bowls was devised as a scaled down version of indoor bowls and was designed to be suitable for playing in small halls.
