2016年7月22日 · I recently purchased the surplus British tactical vest pictured below, and in reading up on it, have learned that it is supposed to combine "Kevlar filler" that inserts via a zippered internal compartment along with armor/trauma plates in front and back pockets. The plates are easy to find, but I'm not finding this Kevlar filler available anywhere.
