Echo slam does damage in two steps: the first is the initial wave, and then the echo waves. The initial wave shoots project tile and deal base damage to each enemy around Earthshaker. Then, the echo wave is released around each unit hit by the initial wave, each independently damaging all units around each unit rather than around Earthshaker.
