Üniversitede oynadığı bir tiyatro oyununda eski menajeri Tümay Özokur'un ilgisini çekmiş ve ajansa kayıtlı olmuştur. Daha sonra menajerinin onu Gani Müjde'yle tanıştırmasıyla profesyonel oyunculuk kariyeri başlamıştır.
