Hello lungdude. Volvo is currently providing a $3,000 cash incentive on leases of the 2007 XC70 through Volvo Finance, a $9,500 cash incentive on leases of it through independent banks, and $5,000 on cash purchases of it.

New Volvo XC70 AWD purchased and 1 week later had to have a new power steering rack assembly and hose replace the factory installed one - whining noise while driving and turning steering wheel and leaking power steering fluid.

I lived in Germany 3 yrs and drove my 2004 XC70 all over on the autobahns in GE and other countries. At 100mph, I would get about 15mpg. At 80mph, I would get about 17mpg instantaneous on the flat, even loaded down with gear and people.

Volvo always recommends a new transmission but a lot of people have fixed the problem with new solenoids in the valve body or a reman valve body. Hard to belive that Volvo uses such a cheap transmission in a $40,000+ vehicle. I will not buy another Volvo even though I love my 02 XC70. Good luck, do your homework, and get everything in writing!

We have a 2002 XC70 bought at 7500 miles customer courtesy car from Cherry Hill Volvo who said it was really driven by owners wife. By 33000 miles, started complaining to Keystone Volvo that it shifted funny and to lay person as myself felt like transmission issue.

Need new tiresfor 2007 Volvo XC70. Live in a southern state so not as concerned about snow issues, just need good all-season tires. Been recommended Yokohama AVid TRZ. Need help--don't want to put the Pirelli Scorpions on again, as they only have 30,000 miles on them and already need replacing. NEED some suggestions???? Thanks!
