It is the standalone sequel to The Crow: Salvation (2000) and the fourth installment in The Crow film series. The film stars Edward Furlong, Tara Reid, David Boreanaz, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Dennis Hopper, Marcus Chong, Tito Ortiz, Rena Owen, Danny Trejo, and Macy Gray.

The film was initially planned for a theatrical release but was widely panned by critics and audiences, and was released to DVD after running for one week in limited theaters.

Edward Furlong is an American actor best known for his performance as John Connor in the 1991 film Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Edward portrayed Jimmy Cuervo in the 2005 film The Crow: Wicked Prayer, the third sequel to the original 1994 film.

Luc murders Jimmy Cuervo (Furlong) and his girlfriend Lily as part of a ritual to become an immortal demon, but Luc finds that Jimmy has been transformed into the avenging spirit known at The Crow, intent on stopping Luc before he can become the Lord of the Flies.
