Edward Lee (born July 2, 1972), Korean name Lee Kyun (Korean: 이균), [1] is an American celebrity chef, author and restaurateur. He has made numerous television appearances on shows including The Mind of a Chef, Iron Chef America, Top Chef, and Culinary Class Wars.

Chef Edward Lee is an acclaimed Korean American chef known for blending Southern cuisine with Korean influences. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Lee is the chef and owner of 610 Magnolia in the city, and Succotash Prime and Shia in Washington DC, among others.
