2025年2月1日 · EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute offers a unique approach at giving formerly incarcerated adults a foundation in the hospitality industry while providing a support network necessary for a successful reentry.

Today, EDWINS has grown to include an award-winning fine French restaurant, Butcher Shop, Bakery, and edwins too; a culinary incubator, community kitchen, event, and makers’ space. The Institute graduates 75 students a year many of whom gain employment in dining establishments across the country.

edwins too is a restaurant serving weekend brunch, culinary innovation hub, makerspace, and event venue located at 13220 Shaker Square. All are welcome to join the collective for access to professional culinary equipment, business planning, startup resources, and skills training.
