How do I log into my account? At the top of the website click “Sign in”. You’ll then be asked to enter your email address and password. If you’re an existing BT or EE customer, your EE ID or BT ID and login details won’t work on EE Store. You’ll have to create a new account. We don’t share the same systems as BT or EE.
