Trying to open a cd with x-ray photos. They used eFilmLt.exe. It's from 2009. How/where can I open it?

Original title: eFilm Lite windows 10? I am attempting to view CT images with eFilm Lite on Windows 10. It seems to dowload the images from the disc and then says that the program has stopped and windows will close it.
