2022年11月3日 · Remove the HDMI cabling from the Elgato Game Capture HD60 X. Run the 4K Capture Utiliy, hold "CTRL" and open the preferences. Move to the "Device" tab and try a firmware update for the Elgato Game Capture HD60 X.

Hi Enverex, make sure that you're logged into the Elgato Marketplace on your Stream Deck (it's the icon between the bell and settings in your Stream Deck software). If you don't see the icon, you might be on an older build of the software. Any version between 6.4 - 6.5.2 will work. This should fix you not seeing the update.

2023年9月6日 · I deleted the streamdeck folder, all the other elgato folders and programs I had too, uninstalled the streamdeck software from the installer, restarted my PC then reinstalled again. Tried to install a plugin, no joy. There was still a profile on the software when I reinstalled (like the 3rd time I've done the delete and reinstall process.)

2023年2月15日 · Generally, with a dual PC setup, Elgato Sound Capture would be used to route the audio from the gaming PC to the streaming PC. Sound Capture is available as part of the Game Capture HD installer, and would need to be setup on the source PC.
