2001年3月29日 · It rarely misses because of it's accurate stab, high stab bonus, and stab is the weakness of elvarg, so it's best to use a short. U can use a long, or a scim, but u won't hit as much. Crushing attacks do well too, u can use a rune battle axe if u want, otherwise a warhammer. Just buy the short, it's cheap. Kill elvarg, sell it.

I was level 50 combat when I killed her with melee. Got 2 combat levels from the quest reward. Just stock up on lobster and swordfish and you'll be fine.

2001年3月29日 · elvarg is in a tuny underground spot on a mountain like area on crandor, the path to him is filled with high level monsters (lesser demons etc) but you wont get hurt if you run strait to the dragon instead of killing the monsters on the way. with shield and potions elvarg hits around 7 to 9 damage on a level 58 so bring quite alot of lobsters.

2003年6月3日 · 1. Don't range Elvarg in F2P, that's just dumb <_< 2. I'd say 60 Range at least, though higher is better You won't be upping the damage by much anyways since you're stuck with Bronze bolts, but you want to be more accurate. I doubt there's much of a difference using Swordfish over Lobsters, but you may as well get the most healing you can.

2001年3月29日 · to be honest i found killing the Lesser Demon (about halfway through Dragon Slayer) harder than killing Elvarg.. so I dont thin you need to worry. Also i found that when i ate and resumed attacking Elvarg i seemed to hit him, whereas i could not hit him before.
