Emil Muzz is the secondary antagonist of the 1987 film Dragnet. He is a member of P.A.G.A.N. and the right-hand to Jonathan Whirley. He works undercover as a Jerry Caesar's limousine driver and several other roles in order to terrorize Los Angeles.
