I'd buy stiffer, usually yellow, springs to make the bed adjustments less prone to moving, reducing the frequency of re-levelling.

If you look on that site, under "Ender Series Firmware", then "Ender-3 3D Printer", and scroll down, you'll see firmware for "Ender-3 1.1.4 mainboard (8bit) .zip". The firmware for a 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 should be the same. In case it matters to you, the base Ender 3 firmware and the Pro version differ only in the logo on the screen.
