Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) is an integrated project for the development of oil and natural fields where the natural gas that is produced is entirely destined to meet the demands of Sub-Saharan Africa.

With Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP), the only gas development project entirely dedicated to the domestic Sub-Saharan Africa market, the country guarantees reliable gas supplies, making a significant contribution to energy access and local economic development.

2015年1月27日 · The OCTP integrated project is a deep offshore development located approximately 60 km from the Ghanaian Western Region’s coast. It comprises oil and non-associated gas fields and will access around 41 billion cubic meters (1.45 Tcf) of gas and 500 million barrels of oil in place.

2017年5月22日 · Italian oil company Eni has launched production from the integrated oil & gas development project in the Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) block, off Ghana’s western coast. According to Eni’s statement on Saturday, May 20 the project was started in just two and a half years, and three months ahead of schedule reaching another record.
