Entoto Natural Park (Amharic: እንጦጦ ፓርክ) is a natural park located northeast of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on the southeastern slopes of Mount Entoto, [1] [2] covering an area of 1,300 hectares. It is situated at an altitude of between 2,600 and 3,100 meters.

Mount Entoto (Amharic: እንጦጦ) is the highest peak on the Entoto Mountains, which overlooks the city of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. It reaches 3,200 meters above sea level. It is a historical place where Emperor Menelik II resided and built his palace, when he came from Ankober and founded Addis Ababa.

Addis Ababa already sits at 2300 metres above sea level but driving up Mount Entoto takes you to nearly 3500 metres into beautiful clear air amongst the eucalyptus forest. Hundreds of people coming down the mountain with their donkeys and themselves laden with wood and burning dung to sell in the city or just coming into the city to worship.

Entoto Natural Park is the unique place to discover the vastest primaeval mountain area with streams flowing out from clear springs and waterfall where it amazes with absolutely stunningly dramatic places for relaxation or completely hilarious water activities in diverse meandering streams which continues to naturally create hidden rock vaults.
