Vincenzo "Enzo" Osella (born 26 August 1939) is an Italian former racing driver and team owner. He is the founder and chairman of Italian auto manufacturer Osella.

Osella was founded in Volpiano in 1965 by former rally driver Enzo Osella. The team began life by racing Abarth sports cars among local and national races in Italy since 1965. In 1974, Osella took over the factory Abarth sports car program and expanded into single-seater racing.

Vincenzo "Enzo" Osella was the son of a garage owner from Volpiano, a small town near Turin. He raced in the early 1960s using Abarth machinery and eventually joined Carlo Abarth's company to help prepare engines for the firm's competition activities, notably in touring car racing.

Osella Engineering, più nota come Osella Corse, è un' azienda automobilistica italiana, che fabbrica vetture da competizione fondata nel 1965 da Enzo Osella, proveniente dalla Abarth. La casa esordì nelle gare di salita per poi costruire la prima Formula Ford e successivamente la prima Formula 2 nel 1974.
