2022年12月8日 · What is ERA testing? An ERA is a diagnostic test that seeks to identify an individualized time for embryo transfer. ERA analyses whether the endometrium (the lining of the uterus) is receptive or non-receptive to an embryo that is ready to implant, based on what genes are expressed throughout each phase of the menstrual cycle.

ERA test is indicated for patients with implantation failure of endometrial origin. Clinical studies, at different stages of development, are exploring the indication for ERA in first-visit IVF patients.
