2 天之前 · Each day we offer a workout to help you stay on track with your training. All of these workouts are suitable for either your RowErg, SkiErg or BikeErg. They offer a variety of workout formats that range in duration from 20 - 45 minutes. The Workout of the Day is now available in ErgData and can be set up on the monitor with a single tap.
Erg Workouts
Erg Assault [6 x 1000m / 3 min' @ 2k + 4-5. Open Rate]: Perform six 1000m pieces with a 3-minute rest between each piece. Perform two 20-minute pieces with a 1-minute rest between each piece. Row a 6000m piece with an increased intensity for the first 10 strokes of each 500m.

Row ¼ pressure for the first few minutes, build to ½ until ~8 min, then continue to build in intensity to ¾ pressure by the end so you are thoroughly warmed up. After each workout cool down for at least 5 minutes of steady light rowing.
