2024年9月27日 · ESET Parental Control stops working after switching off and turning on screen on a child device. It just enables to enter restricted applications and does not record any child activites (besides child location). The Parent Control Panel says that child device is protected and all reguired permissions on child device are enabled.

2023年11月21日 · I made sure, location service is turned on on their phones, checked that Eset Parental Control has location persmissions set to always and even checked that on their phones I can see correct location in Eset Parental Control app. They have Realme and Samsung phones.
