In desperation I used Bing and I found a result that lead me to a topic on this forum similar to mine where Wykkyd says he will be adding that functionality to his Full Immersion mod over the coming weeks.

2020年3月1日 · Whether a player subscribes to ESO Plus has no relevance to whether there might be a bug -- unless there is a problem accessing the Craft Bag (which is the primary benefit of the subscription), or with the inventory of the items it contains. In my experience and observation, any such problems with the Craft Bag are caused by one or more add-ons.

Head over to the "Getting Started with the ESO-Hub Trading Addon" page to follow the install instructions. Please note that you will have to /reloadui or log out to send the data to update the item listings on the site (All addons work like that in ESO).
