The only way you could prove Lyranth is in two places at once is if your character is also in two places at once, which would prove that it's possible so the situation is settled anyway.

Lyranth is. So at least in the Ebonheart Pact storyline, you meet this daedra somewhere between the early and mid way point of the storyline in Blackmarsh. Where she was imprisoned and used as an energy source for the Aldmeri Dominion against the Argonians. After you set her free, it seems like she leaves and you don't bother seeing her again.
