2025年1月9日 · PS4, and even PS4Pro already struggles with not enough memory to run ESO effectively. Even a character's boosted run-speed out paces the console's ability to discard and load in new objects resulting in constant "sillouette" players and non-interactable npc's.

2023年12月31日 · Enhance the journal's task descriptions to provide lore friendly clues of where you are supposed to adventure to solve the quest, without being obliged to follow the 3D World, Compass and/or Map Pins. 2025年1月10日 · Add-ons are mods, but ESO allows only certain kinds of mods. UI mods are one major use case - think SkyUI or similar mods. You can move around UI elements like resource bars, display buffs and debuffs, have timers or alerts accompany ingame clues, and so on. Or the most useful of all, have a minimap. Another important area are data collection mods.

2023年10月10日 · I'm using my brand new laptop running Windows 11. I have ESO downloaded and it's working great, (except I don't have my addons). I began with Minion, which I used on my last computer, but couldn't get ESO to see them. After a couple days of trying different things I've decided to remove it from the equation and download straight from ESOUI website.

Can we have mods fot the ps4. Fallout4 have mods for the ps4. Why cant eso have mods for the ps4. Just some ease of life mods. Like say skyshards or map pins. Is it too much to ask for. I play on pc but mine croaked recently. It is so tedious playing on the ps4 but i will play eso on it because its my only choice. Yours truly. A diehard eso fan.

I switched from PC to Ps4, so was able to experience eso with and without Addons. There are a few Addons I really miss: skyshards, lorebooks, and master merchant. The great thing about these 3 Addons is that they save time.

But some mods make the playing field so uneven between people with different mods - both in PvP and competitive PvE. It gets to the point where you have to have mods to be competitive. Consoles are generally more casual than PC, so people are less likely to enjoy the metagame that automatically comes with allowing mods.
