2019年2月24日 · The estoc is good. Lovingly referred to as the "bestoc" by people who champion it. When you pair it with the black knight shield you become an impregnable fortress in pvp. And the thrust damage is tasty as well. To use it well you want to equip a leo ring and go for the counter damage and take advantage of the damage multipliers.

2016年4月26日 · Starting this new character, I'm rushing for the Estoc. It's amazing. It's one of if not the best weapon right now (rivaled by I believe the Sunlight Straight Sword and the Dark Sword). You have low stamina costs. A decent C/C scaling with refined. A great move set. And incredible speed. But how do we break it? PvP is most likely around 120.

2023年3月31日 · Spears, halberds, warpick, pickaxe, etc. all get more damage than it looks like they have, especially with Leo Ring equipped. Estoc has a sweeping heavy attack to go along with its thrusts, so like the Partizan and Ringed Knight Spear it's more versitile than the pure thrust rapiers/spears.

2023年9月25日 · Whenever I make a character, I always use fun and new weapons, but I make sure to have an upgraded estoc in case I get invaded by an estus cancelling or animation cancelling scumbag. Most people are easy to roll catch, especially with an estoc (or curved sword)

2022年12月11日 · Exactly what the title says, I want to know if the Estoc is a good weapon for PvE. I don't really use rapier-type weapons so this one will probably be my first one. I generally hear good things about it, but then some people say it has low damage, which is a bit concerning since I do plan to do the DLC content as well.

2018年11月26日 · Rapiers have somewhat mediocre tracking and a limited moveset but are fast and do decent damage especially with a weapon buff and/or the Leo Ring. For fun rapiers, look to Ricard’s and the Crow Quills. Estoc is also great if you want the option for horizontal slashes (good for mob control/multiple enemies).
