2022年4月7日 · Etsy doesn't like VPNs during sign up. Etsy will only accept a real debit/credit card attached to a bank account. They won't take a card you need to pay into. Every credential you provide Etsy must be in the same name. Unfortunately, the sign up process can be a bit glitchy and it's really difficult to contact Etsy customer support.

I have a US bank account with Mercury which allows foreigners to open bank accounts in the US without having residency or even being in the US. I also have a sole proprietership with an EIN.
