eus-pd是指在eus实时引导下穿刺入扩张的胰管，并置入胰管支架以引流胰液的操作。eus-pd适用于因胰管阻塞、术后解剖结构改变或十二指肠狭窄而无法行ercp的患者。类似于eus-bd，eus-pd可分为对接技术和直接引流操作。

A PPC was defined as a fluid collection in the pancreatic or peripancreatic area that had a well-defined wall and contained no solid debris or recognizable parenchymal necrosis. Clinical success was defined as complete resolution or a decrease in size of the PPC to 2 cm or smaller.
