Individuals with a valid EVUS enrollment can update their EVUS form with a U.S. point of contact, current job or address information, without having to submit a new enrollment. However, travelers with new passports, visas, or those re-applying for EVUS will need to complete a new enrollment.

Each covered alien must initially enroll in EVUS, in accordance with paragraph (c)(1) of this section, by providing the information set forth in paragraph (d) of this section electronically through EVUS.

Individuals who hold a valid 10-year US visitor visa B1, B2, or a combination of both, must register an online EVUS update before traveling to the United States. This is a mandatory requirement for eligible citizens .

(b) Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS). The Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS) is the electronic system used by a covered alien to provide required information to DHS after the receipt of his or her visa of a designated category.
