2014年8月11日 · Adding to Jeeped - ERP in itself is a larger concept whereas Excel is a small tiny speadsheet application. I don't agree that its best used to securely handle so much of data shared across multiple users. If I were you I would rather try some open source ERP solutions to experience if they are meeting my Org's requirement.

2014年7月17日 · Including Excel analyze what items I need to complete the order, check automatically with current stock and if something is missing Excel creates me automatically the order for buying the missing material. The only thing the Purchasing Manager has to do is to check, print out (pdf) the order and send by email. Can an ERP do something like that?
