2017年9月7日 · Expedition parka is pretty much the best non-crafted clothing in the game, so of course it's also going to be the rarest. You're most likely to find it in a Safe. Next most likely is a locked locker that requires a prybar to open.

My general strategy is to have wolfskin jacket on top and expedition parka on bottom. Until then, I need to choose two of the three coats and harvest the rest. I know that urban coat offers the best per weight but it requires three cloths to mend.
