The Mitsubishi F-15J/DJ Eagle is a twin-engine, all-weather air superiority fighter based on the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle in use by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF). The F-15J was produced under license by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

F-15J/DJ 是基於 美国 麦克唐纳·道格拉斯 公司 （现 波音 公司）旗下 F-15C/D 戰鬥機衍生出的 日本 用機型，J為單座型，DJ為雙座型，由 三菱重工业 得到原廠授權後製造，為僅供 航空自卫队 使用的 制空 战斗机。 1977年12月28日自衛隊決定採用F-15作為將來的主力戰機，其後213架的訂單讓日本成為美国以外最大的F-15用户 [1][2]。 F-15J/DJ自1981年起陸續投入空自服役，除用於軍事與戰備勤務，F-15DJ還承擔培訓新人飛行員的任務。

Introduced in Update "Air Superiority", the F-15J is the crown jewel of the Japanese air tree. This translates to a very fast dedicated air superiority fighter, that is surprisingly nimble for such a heavy machine. It remains a very capable jet even when compared to its competition like the Su-27 and the JAS39 Gripen.
