2017年9月1日 · Hi Scott. I have been doing some research on the retracts and struts for the 1;5.3 Mirce F-86. I have e-mailed Sierra Giant for a cost estimate on their gear and have not heard back from them. I have also looked at using Dreamworksrc, Robart and most recently JP Hobby. I contacted Florent at JP hobby in France and he provided a cost estimate.

The first EDF model I ever saw in person that flew with authority was Greg Moore's hotwired EPS foam Glockner F-86 with a Wemotec Midifan on brushless and nicads at the Arizona Jet Rally in 1998 or so (have to look at my photos maybe it was 2001 or 02). I posted the video on youtube a few years ago of the whole rally.

About the only thing that had been done when I got it was the formers were glued in with carbon fiber, and the inner gear doors for the main's were done. 2009年11月7日 · First, the HOB/PFS/EJF F-86 is a sweet plane, you will love it. Its still all about Watts per lb. Like Bob, I've done a couple of HOB F-86 jets. If it can fly with nicads, brushed motor, 90mm fan and landing gear then you can sure get a lipoly, brushless set up with a 70mm fan thats just as good if not better.
