I ordered the new Sylvania F34/CWX/SS as a replacement for the old Sylvania F40CW/SS (see picture). These are hard to find as they are not widely used anymore. Contrary to my fears, the packaging and delivery were excellent. Although both the new and the old lights are Sylvania, there is some difference in the label printed on them (see picture).
