A FAL with a scope and a good barrel could be considered a DMR when compared to a standard FAL so you're halfway there. But using it properly is the other half.

DMR = Best marksman in squad gets a ZF4 Model III Sharpshooter = ~ Sniper, gets a better G3 with a different stock with adj comb, different bi pod and better optics. Your links 2 and 3 clearly show a Sharpshooter rifle, hence the late S&B optics.
