Last rays of daylight shine on 208 highballing thru Bunnell. Note the second motor's crude markings, former PRSX lease unit FEC now owns. Also note markings on pilot of lead motor, former UP snoot nose. These units never seemed to perform well on FEC. They couldn't have kept them much more than a year.

With a perfect cloudless blue sky as the backdrop NECR 3844 is in the lead sb at Vernon, VT on a very cold day. A southbound New England Central train rolls thru Brattleboro yard on a very cold 1/3/08. I chase it as far as Vernon. 3844 south is about to meet RMPX 9457 north, and pass on the siding before entering the yard.
