Pc is the only platform the game still runs on, with console support having ended in 2016, and you can't even install the game anymore. the full collection is $10 on pc next month during the semi annual event. Offline play isn't a thing. Private servers are missing functionality from around 2007 and later, and don't compare to the real game.
