A FN 1910 not only in the serial number range in Derby book for a Japanese officer foreign procurement, but also has the DAI kanji mark. The holster is a pre-war Bulgarian, but no evidence to support it went with the pistol originally.

2008年7月28日 · Excellent FN 1910 you have. Nice 1910 you (and your grandfather) have there. This looks like an Austrian proof mark Austrian registration or ownership stamp (by local government) from 1927. I believe this to be Austrian Police pistol as these markings would have been applied right after the gun was delivered into Austria.

2018年8月11日 · I am in the middle of acquiring a FN 1910, Serial Number 463645 and am confused a little in trying to pin down the date of manufacture: The pistol has the Sans-Serif Font, the DE is capitalized and it is the 2 line Legend. It looks like the 4th Legend shown in Anthony's 2nd Edition for 1930s to 1950s time frame (page 214).

The barrel locking cams have already been modified to make this function. No way of telling where the spring comes from. There is no distinct difference in cocking a 7.65 or 9mm model.

2020年1月27日 · Indeed the FN 1900 magazine works perfectly in the FN 1910. There is no difference between the two except that the FN 1900 mag has a locking slot which was not needed with the FN 1910. It would most likely not have been shipped that way, as the unmarked FN 1900 mags usually date from before 1907-1908.
