pressing the FN+Q key combination changes the color of the power button and displays the corresponding overlay in Windows. However, it does not change to the corresponding Legion 5 Power Plan(s) in Windows.

Hibernation and Soft-Restarts cause my keyboard to return to the failure state - Some FN keys work. but nothing else is responsive. Hard power cycle **with the laptop plugged in** causes the same behavior.
