2012年6月28日 · Belgium first adopted the HP for military service in 1935 as the Browning P35. China, Latvia, Lithuania and Peru also adopted at the same time. About 56,000, give or take a few, pistols were manufactured by FN before Germany invaded Belgium and Holland on May 10, 1940. The Germans then proceeded to manufacture 315,000+ HP's during their occupation.

2022年5月19日 · Anyone pick up a Girsan MC P35 High Power Clone? I just got one and although I haven't taken it to the range yet, it looks very well made with components comparable to the FN. BHP has also reviewed the gun and they look positive. The cost is two to three hundred cheaper than the Springfield Armory SA 35.

2012年8月26日 · I also have one of the Austrian Gendarmerie P35's like the one shown by bmcgilvray. I had estimated it's manufacture date as the early 1950's, but was surprised when I bought a copy of Anthony Vanderlinden's new book FN Browning Pistols, Side Arms that Shaped World History. (An outstanding book by the way).

2011年9月1日 · A FN P35 is the same gun as the Browning HP, difference is you do not pay for the Browning name. IIRC these were around a few years back and somewhat cheaper than the Browning. They are not as nicely finished. The FN version is more for military use as denoted by the 9x19 NATO designation in the photo.

2022年10月8日 · Greetings - I got a pre-war P35 off of GB, and it came with this holster. I think it's a generic post-war holster, since it has no markings except the faint text in the first photo....but I thought I'd ask you folks. It DOES look cool, in my view. Any ideas?

2018年6月25日 · BTW, Anthony Vanderliden's FN Browning Pistols "Expanded Second Edition" is THE book to get and can be found on Amazon for $64.99.It's got everything his first edition has, but MUCH more...truly excellent. 14800 IS a pre-war, Belgian Military P35 BHP and conceivably could have been produced between '36 and '40...but most likely '36/'37.
