The first photo is one that I could not locate for placement on my original post about a train ride on the FNM's ex Sonora-Baja California behind an ex PGE/BCOL M630 in 1992. Here's the train just after we arrivied at Benjamin Hill.

I took a trip to Empalme in Sonora back in 93 looking for Alcos and MLW's including the former BCR Rail M630's that were there at the time. While there, I did get to see the (at the time) world's only operation PA in the form of FNM #DH-17 (yes the letters were part of the road number).
