2017年1月10日 · I haven't played it myself (yet) but the gameplay looks basically identical to FTL. It has modular ships, jumping between galaxies, ship to ship battles where you control weapons power life support and the crew.

2022年9月7日 · Into the Breach is as close as you will get to an official Subset sequel. It actually does take place in the same Universe as FTL but it plays more like Advanced Wars.

2020年7月29日 · There doesn't seem to be any plans for it, no. unfortunately not. check out "into the breach", it's made by the same developers. Closest thing we've got to an FTL 2 right now is the Multiverse mod. It's a work in progress mod which basically picks up the lore where FTL left off. You can check it out on the forum.

2023年5月14日 · You get a lot more scrap than in FTL even on Hard but you need much better ships to deal with the often monstrous ships you encounter in later sectors. Also while I'm sure someone has trivialized the flagship fight, it's considerably more formidable than the Vanilla flagship. It's basically FTL 2 and of a comparable quality to the original.

2016年5月10日 · There are a couple of games in the making/already released that seem more or less inspired by FTL. Space Rogue, Solar Crusaders, Halcyon 6, The Sentient, Battlestation Harbinger and our own Hyperspace Admirals to name just a few. So even if there isn't going to be an FTL 2, it looks like quite a few studios will iterate upon its formula.
