We harvest potatoes, maize and rye on beautiful farmland across the Colne Valley just north of Colchester in Essex. We’re the Stratherns, Laura and Robert. This is Fairfields Farm, where we live with our children. It’s where it all happens, from growing our potatoes to making our handcooked crisps, which we’ve been doing here since 2006.
