In addressing core issues early enough, we can help break cycles like poverty and family instability. Our goal is to build a family outreach center, Lily’s Place, that will meet the needs of families in Chippewa Falls.

Family Outreach is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of up to twelve members. This is accomplished by maintaining a diverse and experienced Board who provide guidance and insight through their legal, financial, community, and consumer perspectives.
