Far and Wide was established in 1991 to meet the demand for a professionally run outdoor education centre in Zimbabwe. From its modest beginnings, Far and Wide has developed into a respected outdoor mountain and education centre that provides leadership courses, team building, personal development, skills training, and conservation programs.

The Far and Wide ABC course is designed to immerse ten year olds in nature and to open their ears and eyes to its wonders from squiggly water bugs to birds, bees and butterflies and other beasties.

The SkyWalk consists of two suspension bridges overlooking the Mutarazi Falls Africa's Second highest and Zimbabwe's highest waterfall. The first bridge is 30 meters and the second is 90 meters. The SkyLine consists of two zip lines allowing participants to fly over the falls.

Far and Wide Zimbabwe has invested in outdoor events that aim to get people out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves, thinking differently or simply embracing the outdoors.
